Tom has 33 years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. He implements the old school ways of training while simultaneously intergrating the most modern techniques.
Maria Diaz Pereira
Maria is an IFBB Figure competitor with 14 years of experience in the bodybuilding and fitness industry. She is a 6 time Olympian competitor; Top 6th in 2017, 7 times IFBB pro figure champ, top 6 Arnold Classic Brazil in 2017, top 6 Arnold OH & Australia in 2018, Nutrition Consultant and group training specialist.
